How do I book an appointment
You can easily book an appointment via phone, email, or our online booking form.

Do I need a referral?
Accessing services typically requires a referral from your GP. However, if you don’t have a referral, you can still access services as a private client.
Is telehealth available?
Yes, all our services can be offered via telehealth, allowing you to access psychological support from anywhere. Certain in-person clinic appointments are also available.
What are the pricing details?
For personalised pricing information, please contact us directly so we can provide a quote based on your needs.
Do you offer Medicare services?
To access Medicare services, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP. Please note that we do not bulk bill.
Can I use private health insurance?
Yes, if you have an eligible policy that covers mental health services, you can use your private health insurance. Please check with your insurer for more details.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. A fee may apply for cancellations made with less notice.
